The Business Package. This package implies maximum informative content from different angles, which is crucial for potential buyers and agents
Which is better, vertical or horizontal framing?
Horizontal orientation — is more informative and suitable for rental aggregators (Airbnb, Booking, etc.). Vertical orientation of the frame is artistic, catalog, magazine-like. Call it what you want.
Vertical photography — showcases interior areas, as interior publications around the world do.
So, if you want to derive aesthetic pleasure from your property, choose the ART package.
Do you provide the raw files?
No.
I shoot in RAW, and often, to create one photo, I take three shots with different exposures.
These technical files are very “heavy” and not suitable for regular users.
When is the best time for a photoshoot?
In Phuket, the daylight starts early. Usually, 9:00 AM is the most optimal time to start shooting.
However, I always take into account the movement of the sun, the position of the windows, and based on this, I give recommendations for the timing of the photoshoot.
Also, it’s IMPORTANT—if you want to get evening shots (with a sunset sky and lighting of your beautiful property)—please inform me in advance, as the evening shooting session is considered additional.
